ABOUT US
Old Man John’s Apiary began as a bold vision: to honor Diné traditions, challenge conventional beekeeping, and create something raw and real. Founded by a Diné woman with a passion for sustainability and rebellion, we’re more than a honey brand—we’re stewards of the land and champions for pollinators.
From the start, we made a promise to our bees: no chemicals, no fake feed, no stress. Our hunnies thrive naturally, buzzing through pollinator-friendly plants to create raw, unfiltered honey that’s as pure as it gets. We let nature do its thing because we believe in working with the earth, not against it.
As a Diné and woman-owned business, sustainability and reciprocity aren’t just values—they’re our way of life. Inspired by Indigenous principles, we care for our hives and land with love and respect, ensuring that everything we take, we give back in return. By planting for pollinators, avoiding harmful practices, and collaborating with local farmers, we’re building a future where bees and ecosystems can thrive together.
Every jar of Old Man John’s honey carries the spirit of rebellion, tradition, and raw natural goodness. This is more than honey—it’s a way to honor the earth, support pollinators, and join a movement that’s as bold as it is sweet.
Welcome to Old Man John’s Apiary, where every drop is a buzz-worthy revolution, powered by nature and led with heart.
